Paid “Pipe it up” to service and subsequently repair my boiler just before I sold my house. A simple fix to a boiler working without any problem. The bill paid by me and provided as evidence of service to the buyer. Then, when buyer contacted Mark he told them the boiler was on its way out and likely in need of replacement soon. Buyer therefore reduced their offer by £1000, thanks to Mark. As I was the person paying the invoice, why was he discussing this with a third party? Utterly unacceptable.

He gave us all the information we needed and more in order to pick the perfect boiler for us with a great warranty too!
