Update 5/22/2025: Still great. Paul came in to replace a 3-handle shower assembly + valve that had been leaking and rumbling. Got behind the wall and replaced everything the same day. Excellent work, fair price, and great communication. Total price of $525 for a new section of pipe, a new sillcock hose bibb, and labor. Our plumber, Paul, replaced a section of burst water pipe and our outdoor hose bibb in about 2 hours from the time he arrived until the time he left. Great customer service! Unfortunately, our toilet had more issues than we knew, but our tech stayed for 2 full days trying to figure out the issue for us. He provided options and solutions instead of just listing out problems for us. He was professional and kind to both us and our clients. Very satisfied!
Paul came to help us with water under our kitchen sink. I explained the problem and he knew what to do right away. This is the second time Paul has been to our house and both times he is knowledgeable and friendly. He is great at giving tips to keep your plumbing working well.
