Treats employees like they are trash. Management is only in their positions cuz daddy gave him the job! Management disregards safety concerns, cheats hydro tests, and hardness tests, and does not follow protocol. If Osha and EPA were called they would probably go out of business. Punishes good employees and favors bad employees. Chris huggard has single handedly destroyed everyone's moral and incentives to do a good job. Not the same pipe fab it was 10 years ago....... it's way worse
