I called Todd and he came over within an hour of my call for a broken water pipe. Him and his team came out the next day and installed a new pipe within a few hours! They dug under my driveway so no need to cut any concrete. He's extremely nice and they we're very quick and accommodating on such short notice. Very happy with my service 😁
Premium Plumbing and Septic came out to fix a shower leak in the wall. The technician Jalen Taylor was professional and located the issue right away. Then he called his supervisor Matthew Cavender who came to my house as well and gave me a price on the issue the leak had caused. Matthew kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. It was exactly the quoted we had discussed. I am very happy with the results and will definitely use them again!
Todd and Shannon were absolutely amazing! Upon realizing that we had a leaking mainline, we did a ton of research, reaching out to five or six different contractors. From our initial conversation Todd asked all of the right questions and helped us come up with a solution that was affordable, quick and complete. We had a water line replaced and he got us on the schedule quickly, showed up exactly when he said he would, and made the whole process easy. Super nice guy, honest, and his prices were very fair. It’s hard to find contractors that are reliable and straightforward these days, but Todd definitely is. Highly recommend Pipe Dreamz if you need water or sewer work done.
