Strongly recommend Steve Moore of Pipe Dream Plumbing. Christmas 2022, temperatures reached record breaking lowes in Augusta, and the water pipes under my building (and all over the county) burst. 3 families lived in the building, and as it had no water, everyone had to vacate over the coldest Christmas holiday in memory. All the other plumbers I called were booked out 2 weeks, or weren't working at all over the holidays.
