We contacted Steve Mason to install a heat pump at our property. He assessed our home cooling needs and recommended a 3 zone heat pump. Ours is a 3 story older Toronto home heated by radiators. Steve was responsive , friendly and knowledgeable. He worked out how to place the outdoor unit in the best location for ourselves and our neighbours and to run the lines as inconspicuously as possible. The repair technician was very prompt and very professional in his knowledgeable assessment of the work to be completed. The cost was much lower than expected compared to other pipe companies. The care shown by the technician was very reassuring for the unexpected number of gas leaks we experienced. i would confidently recommend their service to any home owner.

Enbridge Gas replaced my Gas Meter and then inspected my Gas connections, and gave me 5 "B" Tags, which meant I needed to get fixes within 42 Days. I contacted Pipe Dreams and they said that YES they could help me. Gas Technician Steve Mason came and addresses all the issues which included repairing the yellow "sleeves" on the lines, adding Unions and Sediment Traps and Shut-offs as well as labeling lines.
