Steve installed a heat pump mini split system in our trailer. He is very professional, responds right away, is on time and kept us updated every step of the way. We were extremely happy with the job. We contacted Steve Mason to install a heat pump at our property. He assessed our home cooling needs and recommended a 3 zone heat pump. Ours is a 3 story older Toronto home heated by radiators. Steve was responsive , friendly and knowledgeable. He worked out how to place the outdoor unit in the best location for ourselves and our neighbours and to run the lines as inconspicuously as possible.
