TLDR; awful and incompetent. Slow customer service. Threatening. not working to code and refusing to fix it. Update: In response to my review I got additional threats and extreme rudeness rather than EVER getting any attempt at resolving our concerns. For the love of god please steer clear of this guy. Just awful all around. Was referred by our normal plumber because they were too busy to install our dishwasher/faucet/disposal and bathroom toilet.
