Firs time using Julian. It was the day after Christmas and we had a leak from the master bath. He came out promptly in the morning, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He thoroughly explained what steps he would take, and took the time to answer all our questions. He also fixed a separate issue with a toilet. His pricing was fair and reasonable. Would highly recommend Julian for your plumbing needs!
I called to ask for an estimate for plumbing work for a residential renovation project. I am a Consulting Engineer with over 50 years experience designing and specifying, among other things plumbing work. I prepared a detailed written Scope of Work that I told him I could email to him.
