My gosh. We have a terrible drain fly infestation, something plumbers see once in a lifetime. We’ve had Bonfe and exterminators in here and they haven’t been able to do anything. But Michael’s team was up for the challenge! Two techs came to the house, did a lot of trouble shooting, then crawled under the floorboards with a camera and found the source, a leaky pipe. As new homeowners, we hit our first road block when our laundry room flooded after attempting to do our first load of laundry. Michael was quick to get us on the schedule right away on Monday. Sergey provided a variety of options to go through after diagnosing the issue, and taught me a lot about older plumbing systems! Issue was resolved within the hour after unearthing a crazy clump of plastic that was stuck in the line. The team is super kind and hardworking!
Michael and his team are great, very professional, always reliable, provide prompt service and invoice/estimates for work. City inspectors have no issues with their work. They are in and out of the job all while being thorough about the work at hand. I recommend him to everyone I know.
