Todd, you're a rockstar!!! 38 ft motorhome with an exhaust hanging on by a thread. Previous owner had really bad welds that finally gave out. After scouring for parts, Todd came up with a solution to get me back on the road. I can't say enough good things about Todd and the business. Big thank you from myself and Kim!
Can’t say enough good things about Todd and his son. I had blow out in i29 a couple miles south of Drayton. They scooped me up on the rollback and then went about and beyond in every way to get me back on the road. Great guys, great shop.
SAVED MY ASS I was driving to Canada passing through North Dakota and I stopped at a gas station two minutes away from pips to find my trailer hitch( that was pulling a trailer ) was coming loose. I called pips and Todd answered the phone I told him my situation and he told me to come to the shop. Todd took a look at my car in between calls and was able to fix my hitch in about two hours. My daughter and her boyfriend had an accident, right outside of Drayton on their way to Winnipeg from Fargo for the weekend. My daughter called them to tow her car. They towed her car back to the shop and immediatey started working on it. They went out of their way to drive them to Grand Forks so they could buy the correct parts. They worked on it until late in the evening. They went above and beyond for them. As someone who grew up in that town I'm forever grateful!
