Awesome! Honest, and dependable. Marc came recommended by a lifer here in Monson, and after diagnosing the problem and ordering the parts, he discovered that only one of the parts was necessary. He deducted the other part from the bill (he didn't even tell us this-I discovered it in reviewing the bill, which was $180.00, the estimate was $280.00-300.00!!!). VERY STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!
