Not great. The guy didn't know what he was doing. He was on the phone the entire time getting help. I called another more reliable company and they were able to find the issue in 10 minutes. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.
Called Pioneer heating and Air yesterday for a down AC unit… he was here in less than 24hrs. Thank goodness as we could not survive another night without AC. Motti was here on time without fail and fixed our unit. Great service made suggestions and wrapped it up in no time.
I am so impressed with Pioneer heating & Air! They sent me Jordan who quickly and efficiently fixed my AC unit that wasn't blowing cold air. His knowledge and speed were exceptional. I highly recommend Jordan and Pioneer for all your AC needs. Thank you for the quick and outstanding service!
