This company is complete trash. They sent out letters to me and my wife under the wrong name yet want to penalize us for late fees. I went to a homeowners association and confronted them and they assured me that they would take care of it but nothing has been done. The representative that they sent out there was all business and had no compassion for what had happened to me. This company is a joke and just cares about money like every other HOA!
They were poorly responsive during a prolonged plumbing emergency.

Slow to respond. Layers of bureaucratic red tape. Pleads for them to uphold covenants with no response.
