I gave them alot of trouble and grief when i was a child but if i had to think to myself without the help and guidance of pioneer and pinegrove i would never have gotten my college degree i would never be where i am today i still remember getting dropped off back when they had the northlake house when i was a kid and cosmo was the supervisor that was in 2002 i guess what im saying people give alot of crap towards pioneer but if it wasnt for the help discipline and encouragement i probably wouldnt of been a success so thankyo... read more
I had an extremely negative experience with this group home during my student placement. The environment was disorganized, unsupportive, and poorly managed, which made it difficult to learn or feel safe in the role. The program coordinator, Shannon, was particularly unprofessional. Instead of supporting students, her behaviour actively interfered with my placement. Communication was hostile and undermining, and I experienced actions that felt like attempts to sabotage my progress rather than guide or mentor me. This created ... read more
