We had 12 sealed units installed in 2020. Since then, we have had 6 failures of the sealed units. The first 3 failures were replaced without any hassles. The next 2 were replaced under warranty if we removed our critical review. We have now had another failure (pictured) and Pioneer now wants an installation fee that exceeds the cost of the original price we paid by 23%. They are not a member of the BBB for obvious reasons. Ruslan & Lubomur are a fantastic team. They replaced 7 windows on 2 floors in one 8 hour shift and came back the next day to install 2 doors & storm doors. Excellent job. Detailed.Clean. Highly recommend this team from Pioneer Window & Door MFG.
From the first visit to their showroom, and meeting Peter, to the visit a couple of days ago to take Peter the final balance, my journey of replacing 52 year old windows was amazing. Every question asked was answered, the 2 installers were professional, very detailed in their work, consulted with me a few times when there was 2 ways to do something.
