Good experinece replacing an entry door. Salesperson was on time and made careful observations before giving a quote the next day. Install crew were also on time, were couteous, neat and took the time required to do an execelent install.
Amazing company. Fantastic customer service and installers were top notch. Always called back. They also checked in with me. Worked like a fine oiled machine. Super impressed.

I had two exterior doors put on. First install the front door latch hit the door lock key pad. Door key board scratched. When called back, They built the door frame out. Door now closes with 2”gap at bottom. Previous holes filled with silicone. Husband says he doesn’t want those installers working on his house. Now we have put in screens for summer. They fit poorly, pop out and the door as a whole is such poor quality, I wish I had never had them put on. Get your storm doors anywhere else. Anywhere else
We are very pleased with windows from Pioneer. From the first visit to their showroom to the installation, every employee was great to work with. The showroom was the best exhibit of windows and doors over the many places we visited in Winnipeg. We were confident with our final choices. During visits to our home, we received welcome suggestions for special situations such as an expansive window that replaces unused French doors, and a large awning window in our kitchen.
