We are very pleased with windows from Pioneer. From the first visit to their showroom to the installation, every employee was great to work with. The showroom was the best exhibit of windows and doors over the many places we visited in Winnipeg. We were confident with our final choices. During visits to our home, we received welcome suggestions for special situations such as an expansive window that replaces unused French doors, and a large awning window in our kitchen. Terrible experience! On April 2, 2025 we had new framing, door with transom and storm door installed. After finale inspection a significant amount of concerns were raised. Which may not be limited to Cracks in the storm door and other places around it where you can see light coming in. The sweep was forgotten leaving an approximate 3 inch gap. In paper work it states deadbolt and we received a latch lock. Trim is not flush allowing rain to penetrate. Drip mold was not installed correctly. The threshold in my home is unfinish... read more

Pioneer Windows installed a new patio door in our condo last summer; they just finished installing two new windows in our bedrooms last week and what a fantastic job.
