I had all 5 windows replaced in my home. Pioneer Windows did the work. Alex and Dave arrived at 10a.m. & worked until 8:30p.m. I have to tell you, Pioneer Windows and my salesperson Kery, and Alex & Dave who installed the windows were awesome. Not only did they answer all my questions and deal with my anxiety, they were very professional, clean, tidy and overall a great team to work with. I can't say enough about the their work ethic. I am looking to purchase and have installed 2 new doors and 6 windows for my son and my home. Called on a Friday morning, spoke with reception who said she will pass my information along to the appropriate sales representative. Understanding we are going into a weekend I called back the following Tuesday morning to inform her that I have not heard from anyone at this point, she told me she will escalate my call and have someone in management get back to me. We are very happy with our experience with Pioneer Windows. We found them to be responsive to our needs and found an innovative solution to one of our requirements (easily a 12/10 solution). I rarely had to wait for a response to my questions during the solution stage. The communication was good. We are super satisfied with the installation team of Ruslan, Luke and Max. Conscientious workers and excellent workmanship. The windows and doors look AMAZING!!!
Fast and efficient from estimate stage to install. Seamless process from salesperson’s initial estimated and measure , followed by a second measure for accuracy and then installation 2 person team did beautiful work. Lots of quick communication from office as well as needed. Sure look better than the old windows too!!!!!! Had a basement cracked window replaced and windows with broken seals fixed too. So many details with wood, old windows, pvc etc. and The Pioneer staff managed it well.
The two young fellows who came to install our windows were very polite and professional. They did a great job and cleaned up after. We put in larger windows which required cutting into stucco; they had to move a few elec wires (just lower them, not re-wire). We are very happy with our picture and casement windows.
