These guys are great at their job, they also communicate very very well!...and their price might be unbeatable!!! They were in and out in 2 and a half days, called back to put back our sink they pulled out...lifetime warranty, barely knew they were there...the most impressive part is the owner had a pretty big surgery in August and still got the job done by November. I couldn't recommend these guys any higher!
Chad and his assistant did a great job installing a new French drain and sump pump in our basement this spring. We have had a few REALLY HEAVY rain storms and our basement has not seen any water. Very happy with the quality of the materials he used, transparent pricing/quote, and how clean he kept our home throughout the project. His knowledge of the Butler area topography is a plus!
Honest, professional, and quality work!They did an amazing job! The whole process was easy and when they came out to do the estimate the owner was straight forward and no pushy sales tactics like other waterproofing companies.
I had some complaints with my basement being waterproofed. But Chad was very professional, and understanding. Chad came back to my house and did what I wanted done, and fixed any issues that I had with my basement. He didn't charge me extra and I'm happy with my purchase. I would recommend Pioneer Water proofing. Chad's great and is an experience, professional, contractor.
