Went out of business so warranty void and they never completed job to what was verified.
Ray's company was referred by another Bauemler approved contractor. He came out quickly and was very nice. He provided us with some ideas to solve the water issues we are experiencing with our front porch and cold cellar underneath. However after his visit he did not send the quote as promised, and did not return 3 messages placed with his office (despite the receptionist saying the messages were delivered). TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! The only reason why we gave this company one star is because we couldn't add a review without one. Ray, the owner was horrible. Pioneer repaired a leak in the basement in 2007, with a warranty for 25 years. We noticed a leak on August 5, 2017 and called to have someone come to the house. It took 2 weeks and several phone calls later to get a call back from Ray. He scheduled a time and day to come by the house and never showed up (didn't even call). disgusted and outraged by pioneer lack of knowlege and experience, horrible service from the owner ray and his peop;e! He made quote, and charged more. He waterproof my house and weeks later it leaking again! I try to reach him for months telling him I have his warranty. I call him and his office and email him too and he will ignore me and office will lie. Always say he is out of town Never does he call me back Ray avoids people. Got my house waterproofed in the summer after some leakage. I got quotes from several other companies. Some wanted to move my entire deck, or have me remove half my deck boards! Ray, and Pioneer Waterproofing said "yeah no problem, we'll just dig underneath", and they did! They worked incredibly hard for the three days it took to do my tough job.
