The owner is a great guy. Very reasonable rates. Very quiet park. Friendly people all around.

I have known terry richardson all my life and the ones that have made bad comments about his trailer park is 360 degrees from the truth terry is very specific on who he allows in his park and as far as stealing money on rent etc. I doubt that as terry has always been a very honest person believe me I've known the man for over 50 years and there is not one dishonest bone in the man so get your comments correct as he said he has bmnever rented to any of those people with those remarks so to lie and make up things about someone... read more
