I i’ve been going to this clinic for many years. Dr. Maiers is the best! He explains things in details and makes sure you understand. He’s very kind I would recommend him and his entire staff. Oh and the patients are fond of too!
my dogs got into some mouse poison which can cause neurological damage, my vet was out of town until the next Monday. Their office recommended Pioneer, I called snd the said bring them right down. We walked in and they took them right back in front of all other fur babies. they did what they could and referred us to the emergency vet in Pasco. They were very professional and compassionate. I would recommend them to anyone. Big thank you to the ladies there.
I used Pioneer Vet Clinic for my animals and always had amazing experiences. When my (now ex) boyfriend's cat got sick, they took amazing care of him and they showed in every way that they cared and wanted to do everything to help. They not only showed that they cared, but they also understood financial issues and worked with me. When I saw that there had been negative reviews posted, my heart sunk for the business. They were always so compassionate with our family and i truly appreciate the care we received.

They got us in with our ill dog on a very busy day when they were short-handed (due to most vets being out at the fair for animal checkin.). They were very gentle with Roscoe and empathetic with his tummy pain.
I have nothing but great things to say about this clinic. They have been fantastic throughout the lives of our dogs, and so thoughtful and caring while we went through the sad time of putting our beloved older dog down. I highly recommend them!
Pioneer Veterinary Clinic is amazing. I have a 120 lb German Shepard who is not easy to work with. He hates the vet more than most dogs do and can be difficult to deal with around people he doesn’t know. The Vet Tech’s and Dr are absolutely amazing with him and are patient and understanding. They go above and beyond to accommodate Hank’s difficult behavior and I could not be more grateful for a wonderful staff and a place where I know he will be taken care of.
