It’s taken me a few days to figure out how to put my thoughts into words. I’ve had nothing but good things to say about pioneer vet clinic up until last week. This has to do with my sweet Roxie. I unfortunately feel like the inexperienced front desk personal is what lead to her untimely death. I made numerous attempts to get Roxie into the clinic and even brought her down in hopes they would see her. I was told that the were too busy to see her. I used to recommend Pioneer to everyone but after this last visit, I don't recommend them to anyone for anything, even if your animal is dying. We went from praising Pioneer and using only them for their excellent care to now avoiding them at all costs. They seem to make their prices depending on the day and how they feel. Most definitely, we had a little boy kitten that we named Hope that was having issues and we brought him and they saw him quick. Unfortunately he passed away but I would recommend them for how fast we saw them and how compassionate they were
I worked at PVC for almost 10 years in the past. I’ve been to several veterinary clinics seeking care for my pets from Kentucky, Seattle and the tri cities areas. Hands down, I would choose Pioneer Veterinary Clinic! From the front staff to the Doctors. They truly care about the welfare of your pet.
I i’ve been going to this clinic for many years. Dr. Maiers is the best! He explains things in details and makes sure you understand. He’s very kind I would recommend him and his entire staff. Oh and the patients are fond of too!
