Excellent service. I have taken my dogs here for 20 years.
Absolutely avoid this place if you care about your pet or don’t want to have to explain to your vet why you’re making educated choices about your own animal. We’ve been coming here for years. Found out one of our dogs had a large number of teeth that needed to be pulled (Dr. Underwood and her staff wouldn’t look in the dogs mouth unless the dog was put under). I went there for an emergency with my dog. Even though were unable to take her as a new patient, the techs helped me with bandages and some excellent advice. I appreciated their compassion in our situation.
Well, this place changed. Brought our cat there a few years ago and the doctor did an amazing knee surgery on the kitty! Called the other day for an appointment only to find out we haven't brought the cat to the vet for over two years, so now he is considered a "new patient". And they don't take "new patients". The front office staff are kind and eager to help; the technicians are knowledgeable and very skilled -- the veterinarian is incredibly educated, experienced, and clearly loves to care for animals, and help people give their pets healthy and happy lives. The only negative I could give about this place is that sometimes it's hard to get a non-urgent appointment quickly, because they're so popular.
