Was in the Palmer ER for intense kidney stone pain. Docs gave me pain killers to relieve the agonizing pain. The ER referred me to them but they cant be contacted easily. Finally i call after no one called me and the nurse hung up on me after i told her i needed to speak with someone. Finally after another week a male nurse calls me from there and said they would call me with a appt to see if the stone has moved.. still till this day no calls. Like seriously your on your own in this place! Good luck! smh

I never to get the visit. First they claimed they did not get the referral. Had to be sent 2nd time after which they called to set up an appointment with their Palmer office. They have a good portal where I pre-registered and paid my copay. On the DAY of the appointment they called and claimed they did not have the insurer's referral - they never mentioned I needed one and blamed the PCP for not getting it. The office staff is nice when you're in the office. Dr. Zavaski is great, communicative, patient and a skilled surgeon. I had an easy vasectomy thanks to him being responsive to my communication, zero bruising, and minimal pain afterward as I recovered. When I had a concern days later, the office and Dr. Zavaski were responsive as well.
