From start to finish, my experience with Pioneer Valley Storage -Hatfield was outstanding. All the customer service people I spoke with were super helpful and friendly. The pricing was very good. There are some rules you have follow carefully (all outlined in the rental agreement) but I did, and the entire experience was smooth and easy…everything I needed and wanted for storing my stuff. I started using this storage facility about 4-5 years ago and when Pioneer took it over my rental costs doubled. I understand the economics of running a business, but I have the smallest unit possible and am paying just shy of $100.00 a month,. In addition the undue requirement of having homeowner's insurance on the worthless contents of the unit adds an addition cost. ie. insurance won't cover my photographs and memories. I will be looking for a different alternative.

good quality storage unit. Location was a little bit remote but facility was nice and always a good tempature and always clean. I would rent from this facility again

Manager was extremely helpful getting me the information I needed, and helping me find the storage that best fit my situation! Would definitely recommend them!
