I would not recommend this storage facility based on my experience. Over time, the monthly rate has continued to increase without clear communication or justification. On top of that, attempts to reach management about concerns including the condition of the unit and a request to switch to a different unit have gone completely unanswered. Emails and phone calls have not been returned, which is extremely frustrating when you’re trusting a company with your belongings.
