Thankful to this very helpful company! We have been with them for years, and they have always had a pleasant attentive staff. Today in a snow storm, I realized we were low on oil. They squeezed us in with no hesitation. We use them for trash pick up as well and they are always reasonable and right on time!
I have delt with three different oil companies before finding pioneer valley oil. From customer service over the phone to the delivery drivers are always polite and friendly. They offer coupons and deals. Anytime I had a question they have always answered. I will only do business with this company. Best rates in the Berkshires.
We recently switched over to Pioneer from another local company. We were very pleased with a quick delivery and account setup. Everyone I spoke to over the phone was happy to help us make the switch. The price of propane was very fair!
It was the day before thanksgiving. We realized we were almost out of oil. When I called, I was told the earliest availability was Friday as their fuel had already been committed to scheduled customer deliveries. I had loaded 5 gallons of oil from the gas station but wasn’t sure the oil would last the holiday until the truck came around on Friday.
