Customer service was extremely rude she argued with me and then hung up on my face horrible customer service
After so many years with this insurance they did me wrong. First they canceled my Insurance without any explanation. I found out at the end of February when I try to inspect my vehicle. That I didn't have any insurance & my license plates were canceled. So when I call to find out what was going on. No one could give me any explanation. My license is clean no accident no tickets no nothing for them to do this to me. I was driving without any insurance for almost 3 months with my baby & my son.
