Jesse was super nice and professional. Did what was necessary to get rid of the clog in my kitchen sink and also offered some suggestions regarding regular maintenance on my part to help keep it that way. Good experience overall. The only negative I would say if you could call it that was the price. I contacted PVE to repair the electrical service entrance that sustained damage from a tree. The electrical feed was pulled away from the house which damaged the conduit and wiring to the meter box. My situation was a bit unique in that work had to progress in a specific order for everything to be done correctly. Veronica was courteous, friendly, professional, and informative, her knowledge helped us make decisions throughout the process. We are grateful for Pioneer Valley, as this appointment was last minute, (due to another companies continued let downs), Pioneer Valley helped and it feels good to get the process started with some work being completed same day to make our home safer.
