This practice lacks communication and follow-up from the front end staff. It brings the rest of the practice (doctors) down. The person who answers the phone has the personality of a ‘clam’ and should not be working for this practice. She promises a call back - which never happens. The office manager is out of the picture as this dysfunction is their responsibility.. The only reason I go there is because my doctor has excellent credentials.
