If I could I'd give them zero stars. They should change their name to Pioneer Untrustworthy. They will take your money and claim it's theirs.
I have been with this bank since 1973 and would never be lured away to another. They are a well-established institution in Salem.
In-person experience has always been great. Recent experience with their online system for the first time leaves a little bit to be desired. System is clunky, and allowed payment checks to go out from a closed account, resulting in fees and hassle.
This place is wonderful! I needed a gift last minute and they saved the day!
