I myself am a small business owner myself so I know how important Google reviews are. However, when your wife leaves an honest review explaining how Pioneer has handled and conducted their business poorly and the Owner responds to these reviews goes on to reply with not one but several lies.. We tried hiring pioneer to cut down a tree. They were so helpful, until they weren’t. We had them scheduled to come cut the tree down, but the day of the owner came out instead and he had hope that we could save the tree and just trim the dead branches off. Fast forward a few hours, we had our tree treated with no paper work, nothing to show for it and out $700 dollars and still haven’t had the rest taken care of (it’s coming up on a month now) First I was told “some time next week” and that week came and went, then was told... read more
I give two Stars because the workers were very friendly and the price was reasonable. I got one tree pruned and two taken down. The tree that was pruned the work was considered “sloppy” was told by two different professionals that it should have been done by hand. I am not a tree expert so I let Pioneer do there job when taken down the trees and pruning. I wish they were better at scheduling. Pioneer Tree Service cut down 3 trees and left a large number of branches, twigs, and leaves in the yard and street. It's been 2 weeks now and they still have not cleaned up. Highly recommend searching "tree service near me" on google to find other reputable tree companies.
Very professional would highly recommend this company! They came on time and cleaned everything up after the big storms that came and took trees down! Very respectful I will definitely be using this company to come back and trim some more trees this summer! Thank You for making my yard Beautiful Again
