Where to start. Very unpleasant experience with this company. First of all they contacted me, said work was slow and they'd give me this great deal. $2500 to remove trees in my yard and grind stumps. When I got home that day, the trees we had talked about, only a couple of them removed. I contacted them and they came back, removed another tree. But refused to honor our original agreement. We had five ash trees taken down by the Pioneer crew. Prompt, professional service all the way around, from the initial estimate to the crew pulling their equipment away after the job was done. They took down the trees, raked the area, left some wood chips for us and used a robotic tree stump grinder to finish the job (that was something to watch!). Thanks!
Pioneer was amazing to work with. They charged appropriately, got us on the schedule quick. They had a very professional crew who got the job done fast, (roughly 30 trees). They cleaned up afterwards and left our yard looking as it was before! We will definitely use their services again!!
I have used Pioneer Tree service, be careful, get other quotes and don’t let them do anything without it being in clear and written quotation.
The men did a fantastic job! And nicely cleaned up after themselves! Highly recommend
