Suzan is horrible. Hung up on me while I was politely asking a question about cancellation. She only had been away for about 1 minute then called me back. She told me she called the airline in that 1 minute. That cannot be true. Just getting through the phone menus on airlines takes 3 minutes and the wait to talk to an agent is over 5 minutes!
