This is when I wish I could leave more ’s than 5. We were in quite the predicament when the tranny went out on our Suburban while we were in Oregon hunting. The tow truck driver told us we would be in good hands with Pioneer, and he wasn’t wrong. Mark was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly HONEST!!! All of the work was done in the time he promised (actually early) and for the price he quoted. It’s good to know that businesses like Pioneer Transmission are still around.
GREAT TRANSMISSION SHOP (Family owned)! Absolutely worth the drive from Tri-cities! A+ service!!! They offered a fair price for the job. Our 2006 chevy truck transmission was struggling to shift and run properly, Mark was able to get us right in! Mike did a fantastic job rebuilding! For our year of truck, Pioneer transmission automatically included "upgraded" parts in the rebuild to help the transmission be stronger and have better longevity..... Love these guys work. A coincidence had to have our transmission rebuilt on our Yukon then our Chevy impala a new transmission. LOL These guys value their customer's, are up front and honest. Rather paid for this than have a car payment. Gave 5 star and highly recommend them.
