I pray it wasnt the owner (short stubby man with glasses) i was dealing with when I went because if so they need to work on their social/communication skills along with customer service. Had my transmission fixed by these guys and it much more expensive than other shops I called but they could get it in the quickest. When I got it back it maybe ran for a week and something else was wrong. They said that would be 1500 to fix what was wrong. Another shop quoted for $750. They obviously don’t care about their reputation because they rather charge an insane amount than have a returned customer. They do great work.
Sent my 2018 colorado in for a leak. Got a call from them the very next day. They explained to me that it was a possible cracked torque converter. I told them do whatever needs to be done. About 4 business days later i got the call to come pick it up. They even notified me that my parking brake needed some attention. To me thats TOP NOTCH SERVICE. when i picked it up i assume the owner was who i had talked to had reminded me again that my brake needed service.
