Trash is thrown about the property on a daily basis, nothing has been done to insure the security of the property (speed signs, cameras, parking enforcement) we have to pay the exact same price as the other units that have been updated with new downstairs floors, blinds, blinds and new updated appliances (per your ad on multiple websites) we have had our refrigerator replaced with one from another unit (instead of new) our back door was replaced with one from another unit instead of new.
