Would not use them again. The process was ok. Got it done but they mailed my closing docs to the wrong address! Luckily the people sent them back, but this is completely unacceptable! Sensitive info from a title company which deals with addresses. Totally unprofessional. Just a quick update. After going to pick up my docs in person 1 month after closing I was notified by the previous owner, they got my property tax bill! It is hard to get somebody on a phone. Looks like people not responsible. I think I don't want to have business with this company.
Pioneer Title handled my in-laws closing. They had already moved out so everything was remote, and was handled smoothly and professionally, with excellent communication from Karen and Laura. I would highly recommend using their services.
