To say that our recent closing experience with Pioneer was bad will not do justice to the level of bumbling incompetence this business presented. To begin with they repeatedly made mistakes. When brought to their attention they responded by doing...nothing! Then on the day of closing they began to work on making corrections, even then, we found multiple errors in their fact finding.
