Best title company in IDAHO!!
Taybee lied me told me funding was approved and good to go and would be in my account "no later than 5pm" well it's the next day and now the truth comes out funding was not never authorized. They "believed" it would be authorized. And now I've signed my hose and keys away for nothing. No resolution no funding. 100% lied to. with NO accountability
They are quick and efficient, staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they are easy to reach, and have set very high standards for themselves. Highly recommend putting your trust in these guys. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Sundi, Craig, and Levi. You all are the best!
