The most incompetent, uncommunicative staff I've ever encountered in a real estate transaction. Escrow paperwork was wrong and had to be redone after giving them specific instructions about what needed to be included, causing a delay in closing when we sold our home. Then they issued us a refund check, sent it to the wrong address, we deposited the check a month later after the mail had been forwarded, they put a stop payment on that check, almost causing my account to be overdrawn.
