We have had two accounts here and the closing staff was fantastic on both accounts...Really great. However, the "service team" we had to deal with from the closing date forward always seem like they are overwhelmed and want to get you off the phone asap. Often times they are not friendly and cannot get you what you need quickly. I wont be using them again unfortunately.
As of this moment, this buisiness is conducting a sale with a fruad who is attempting to steal my identity yet again. They need to really fact check and verify WHO they are doing buisiness with.
ABSOLUTE Worst experience of my life. Ive now lost every penny of my retirement because of a “simple mistake” made by Tori at Pioneer Title.
Very poor communication. Mixed messaging. Very condescending and rude representative.
