Karen Ferguson, Title Officer Great transaction and excellent communication from start to finish. Karen was able to meet all timelines, even when the close of escrow was moved up not once, but twice. She handled a challenging situation seamlessly with both the seller and buyer signing remotely, and the seller being out of cell service in the days leading up to closing. Always a pleasure to work with — professional, responsive, and reliable.

This agency doesn't even deserve a star, the worst treatment we have received has been from pioneer title agency. It was the agency that our realtor suggested to us, so we couldn't choose one ourselves. Especially Maria Tirado, was rude and not helpful on all our calls, as well as the day we signed. Every time we call she seems upset or as if she were doing us a favor. The worst experience, I will try to never use this agency.
They were fantastic at two separate closings we experienced but their service team is the worst. They always seem too busy and are often rude weather you speak directly or by phone. Also, we attempted to pay off our loan two separate times and were given conflicting answers. We were told we were paid off only to get a call that we actually owed another 20k in interest that someone had missed?!? We ended up getting a payoff balance for that the second time and then received our check back with a letter saying the seller never... read more
