I don’t usually leave reviews, but when most people are making the largest purchase in their lives, it is important to have trust and confidence in your title company. Pioneer title does not deserve that trust. When things are promised, I expect them to deliver. Not make excuses, or pass the buck hoping I will forget or the issue will go away. There are many title companies to choose from, This one, is not one to be recommended or have my repeat business again
