Sold lots of real estate I acquired through tax lien foreclosures in Pima and Pinal counties since 1999; worked with two other title companies but like Pioneer Title Agency the best; they’re fast at completing complex sales and title searches from “for sale by owner” (me), and also manage seller carry back loans/ deeds of trust. They have convenient offices throughout Tucson and Arizona and work with out-of-state buyers to close the sale. They were recommended to me by other real estate professionals.
I want to share my assessment of Pioneer Title and the handling of a For Sale By Owner (read no real estate agent used). This Title agency has a lot of experience with this process and is staffed by April Bundrick, Senior Escrow Officer, who led me and the buyer through the process with expediency, anticipation of issues and no last minute problems. April Bundrick is AWESOME and went way above and beyond. My wife and I were having some issues with the buyer of a property that we had inherited. We did not use a real estate agent for this sale. April answered all of our questions and kept us informed about what was going on with the sale. All of the staff at Pioneer Title were courteous and professional.
