Yesterday my buyer was scheduled to close on a property all the paperwork was done Teresa Cossey at Pioneer was ready to close, fund in escrow the week before and all looked good! However, the sellers agent had not made it clear to the seller she needed to be moved out at lease a day before so the buyer could do a walkthrough.
