Just want to say how disappointed I am in Pioneer Title at 27th Ave./Carefree Highway near Tramanto. We have used our agent (Monique) for at least the last 7 years to purchase/sell numerous past homes and properties. We recently approached them for help recording documents for a land split and they said NO - take it to someone else - WE DON'T WANT TO MESS WITH IT.
