I live in Phoenix, the property was in Pine and Pioneer's office was in Payson. They coordinated everything well so I was able to sign most documents thru DocuSign and I was able to go to a Pioneer office near my home to sign the two documents that needed to be notarized. The escrow closed as scheduled and my funds promptly wired to my bank account.
