Our experience building our new home was great until we had to use this title agency for closing docs. They were not communicative at all. Laurel was rude, condescending and slow, despite acknowledging that we were trying to make a 3pm wire cut off time for our lender and it was 2:15pm. Ultimately, Laurel was the reason we didn’t end up closing on time, as we were not made aware ahead of time that we needed a cashiers check, when in the other two home purchases we have been through, a wire would have sufficed. Horrible customer service and they tied up my funds for over a day due to they would get around to closing the docs when they felt like it would not recommend this title agency at all have dealt with many in the past will not be back here again
