This is a response to Riley Kretzer's review of Debra Grossman, escrow number 204-1017081. Debra may not have realized who you were the first time you talked because sometimes another person in the office will send the initial paperwork. And the reason she didn’t reply to your texts was because you were sending texts to a land line. If you texted her mobile number you would have gotten a response. I am working with Debra Grossman currently and I called the office and she didn't even realize I was a customer after already sending me wiring instructions and docu sign paperwork. I then was asking questions and she treated me like a little kid and making me feel like an idiot. She didn't respond to any of my texts and again was rude and sounding like it was my fault for her lack of communication I would maybe try a different title place cause she is really unprofessional. There are many escrow officers, but none compare to Paula Wells. She single-handedly guided our transaction through to a smooth closing with incredible skill and dedication. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and her ability to keep everything moving seamlessly is remarkable. Paula’s communication, professionalism, and proactive approach made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless.
