DO NOT use this title agency for anything. My mom and sister bought a house in April and this company did not pay my mom and sisters homeowners insurance until 2 weeks after it was due. This caused them to lose their homeowners insurance. As we all know the fires around here are not contained and because of how INCOMPETENT this lady and company are they are not allowed to have insurance. Now monsoon season is around the corner and lives near a creek. So now she has to worry abt possible flooding. I DO NOT recommend her or Pi... read more
