I recently used this office when selling a house. Kellie Linn was fantastic and made the transaction painless. I have done a lot of real estate transactions and I usually try to avoid using a title agent I don't know, because the communication ends up being so poor. Kellie kept me well informed every step of the way. Give her a raise, or don't be surprised if she is working someplace else next year :)

Dealing with Payge Kerr was the worst experience out of many I have ever had. They had the buyers sign before me, and she was very upset that I wanted to make a small change to the carry back note SHE provided. After all I was the lender. She told my agent she refused to make any changes. With an addendum signed by both parties she did make the change, but CHARGED me $150.00 for the change. Very disappointed!

Amazingly professional and caring. Great communicators with full understanding of the complex business of handling details and nuances of each title closing. After these folks, I cannot imagine using any other title company. They will surely handle my future business. Jobs well done.

We received a second set of documents for the selling of our property which I didn't understand. I contacted Sharon who wasn't quite sure of how to explain the changes. She contacted Mikie and Mikie contacted me immediately. The issue was resolved immediately, and we were able to close the same day. Thank you Sharon and Mikie. As always, it was a pleasure doing business with Pioneer Title.
