Before the closing date, I asked them if I could add my partner to the title and they said yes, that's no problem. A few months later, the seller filed for trustee sale, because I had breached the contract by adding my partner. When I confronted pioneer title, they said that they're no title lawyers and they wouldn't be able to help me. Their wording to add my partner, created the breach in contract, which they wrote. I lost the property because of their incompetence and yes, because I trusted them.
