I wouldn't recommend. Should have been an easy buyer carry transaction. Took almost 2 months. Little to no communication. Poor to no accountability. No explanation. Several changes do to lack of proofreading. I just don't really have anything positive to say. But yes, transaction was finally completed.

"Just a warning for future customers ", I was very happy knowing that my husband and I will be making our business come true and build our ending home, we bought some acres on December, 2024, it supposed to be our property and be our marriage community property signing as co-owner and being in the title but instead of that I ended signing a Disclaimer deed that the lady who prepared our paperwork never, never let me read it or explained what I was signing, she just handled me the second page where my signature was needed it ... read more
